Minnesota Rep. Kelly Morrison took to the House floor to warn that Trump’s tariffs on goods ranging from steel to kitchen appliances and hockey sticks would hit Minnesota businesses, farmers and consumers. Canada is Minnesota’s largest international trading partner. The state imports more than $14 billion in Canadian goods and exports more than $5 billion there each year. Morrison says Trump’s tariffs have already cost Minnesotans billions.
