Thao was removed from his home by officers, despite being only in his underwear, in 10-degree weather, and the man officers were actually looking for was already in custody.

Klobuchar vows to protect reproductive rights as Minnesota governor
Speaking at a reproductive rights event, Amy Klobuchar criticized President Donald Trump’s tax and policy law for cutting Medicaid and temporarily blocking Planned Parenthood from billing the program for non-abortion services. Nearly 30 Planned Parenthood clinics closed nationwide during the funding cutoff, though Medicaid reimbursements resumed this month.
