Minnesota Republican U.S. Senate nominee Michele Tafoya said she has spoken with hundreds of voters who are so unhappy with the direction of the state that some told her they were embarrassed to say they were from Minnesota while traveling. Tafoya shared in their feelings, responding “it’s true.” Tafoya will face Democratic Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan in the November general election for the soon-to-be-vacated U.S. Senate seat.
