Trina Swanson, DFL candidate for Minnesota’s eighth congressional district, answered questions alongside other congressional candidates at Minnesota Farm Fest, the state’s annual agriculture convention. Swanson said all fraud is bad, but said Republicans look the other way when it happens in red states, like when President Trump pardoned convicted Medicaid fraudster Philip Esformes in Florida.
