Minnesota state Senator John Hoffman, who survived an attempted political assassination last June, is claiming US Rep. Angie Craig sent someone to ask for his endorsement on her behalf for the US Senate while he was recovering in the ICU. Hoffman made the claim at a rally last week for Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan, who is also running for the open US Senate seat.
