In a 95-page indictment, federal officials cite the Minnesota 15 as conspiring to impede or injure a federal officer, as well as other charges related to their political activity during Operation Metro Surge. Special education teacher Treasure Thoreson says the evidence used against her—like donating to a GoFundMe campaign—doesn’t warrant these charges but should help others understand “they could be next.”
