The Minnesota 15, who were arrested by the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for their political activity during Operation Metro Surge, were each treated differently than one another. Treasure Thoreson, a special education teacher in Minneapolis, says this was intentional. She says she was treated softly while others had their homes destroyed and personal belongings taken.
