1.5 million children have lost food assistance as Congress approves more Iran War funds

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar called on Congress to reverse the historic SNAP cuts approved in President Donald Trump’s sweeping 2025 budget law, saying 1.5 million children have already lost access to food assistance.
